Shipping and Returns

Thank you for your purchase, we are grateful for your support!

Shipping:
We endeavour to post your items within 48 hours from when you make your purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation which will include tracking details. If you are located outside of Australia, please contact us on sales@rancherscountry.com.au and we will work with you on arranging for your items to be posted to you.
If you have any questions at all regarding your shipping please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns:
We have a 7 day return policy, meaning that should you wish to return your item you must do so within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. The return must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unworn and in it’s original packaging with tags still attached.
• Postage costs to return the item are at your own expense.
• When your item is returned, we will contact you to arrange for an exchange or  store credit.
• Please know that we are very approachable and understanding, so please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to rectify any issues as soon as possible.
